Ingredients
1/4 cup Collagen Peptides
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling, this is loaded with sugar!)
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey (or a mix of both!)
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
In a bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
Add the peanut butter, pumpkin, syrup and spices to the dry ingredients, and mix well. A dough consistency ball will form.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Pro tip: wet your hands with water before rolling so that the dough doesn’t stick to your hands!
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
Makes 12 1 inch balls
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days, or in the freezer for 3 months.
