The Mental Health PB – Weekly Newsletter

Once per week I send an email to my subscribers with bite sized mental health tips, tools, and insights for endurance athletes. When you sign up, I’ll send you a series of several emails over a few days that will get you kick started…but after that it’s just once a week. I will also notify you of any new offers (free and paid) that I have coming up, so it’s a great way to stay in the loop with what’s happening!
